GRASP is designed to be applicable across all industries and regardless of company size. We do not have a specific focus on a particular industry or company size, as we believe that effective risk management is important for every organization. Thanks to the high scalability of our software solution, we are able to adapt flexibly to the individual needs and requirements of each organization.
Is single sign-on possible?
Yes, single sign-on (SSO) is definitely possible in our software solution. We use modern interfaces such as OpenID to ensure seamless integration with various Active Directory (AD) systems. This integration allows users to log in with their existing company credentials, simplifying access to the software and significantly improving the user experience.
How secure is the data stored in the software?
Product security is a top priority for our software products. DextraData enforces the use of appropriate protocols to protect the confidentiality of data transmitted over public networks. Customer data is stored using a FIPS 140-2 validated cryptographic module. Data, including backups, is encrypted on the hard disk. AES 256-bit encryption is used and the keys are managed by the system.
Does the software comply with the applicable data protection laws (e.g. GDPR)?
GRASP has been designed from the ground up to comply with current data protection laws. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with Article 32 GDPR to ensure the security of processing.
What costs are associated with implementation and maintenance?
Our software solution starts at 7500€ per year. You can find the price overview here (link to price list). This directly includes licensing and maintenance. We will be happy to provide you with a detailed offer according to your requirements.
Can reports and dashboards be customized?
In addition to our standard reports and dashboards, there is also the option of customization. Depending on the package size, this is offered as an add-on.
Is the software scalable and does it adapt to the growth of my company?
Yes, our IRM software has been designed with scalability in mind, so it can grow with your business. You can add more modules or user licenses as your needs grow.
Does the software offer a rights and role model?
The software has a comprehensive access control system that allows administrators to define detailed authorizations for each user or user group. This allows them to determine exactly which data and functions can be accessed.
How does the software promote internal communication and collaboration on risk management?
Our software enables collaborative risk management, allowing teams to share information in real time, work together on risk assessments and coordinate action plans effectively. This promotes a culture of risk awareness and collaboration.
Does GRASP offer the possibility to create reports? Can these be exported?
Yes, users can choose from a range of standardized reports or use individual, customized reports. Reports can be exported in various formats, including PDF, Excel and Word, to suit different analysis and presentation needs.
